Monet is a magnificent rocking chair, entirely handcrafted in Italy with fine materials.
The design is by Stefano Conficconi.
The structure is in wood (poplar plywood and solid beech) with padding in differentiated density polyurethane foam covered with an acrylic layer.
The base is in polished chromed metal, also available in black on request.
The dimensions are as follows: width 68 cm, depth 103 cm, height 86 cm. The seat has a depth of 66 cm by a height of 31 cm.
The balance of relaxation, the original processing of the seat consisting of several tubular cushions, gives style and personality to this unique rocking chair.

Stefano Conficconi is an Italian designer whose expertise grew from hands-on experience in upholstered furniture manufacturing. Joining the family business at just sixteen, he learnt production techniques on the workshop floor and developed a thorough understanding of the materials, structures and details that define a quality seat.
Central to his approach is the relationship between aesthetics and comfort: forms, proportions and technical solutions work together to create furniture designed for everyday wellbeing. Leather plays a prominent role, its character revealed through careful craftsmanship, stitching and tailored details.
Travel and the observation of interiors, objects and international trends inform his creative research. An idea drawn from fashion or interior architecture becomes the starting point for a new design, developed through an understanding of what can be achieved in production.
His work brings together traditional craftsmanship and innovation, with consistent attention to the versatility of upholstered furniture and how people use it. The result is contemporary design in which attention to detail enhances the pleasure of living at home.
