It is often difficult, even impossible to get a precise idea of a particular colour or the thickness of leather or fabric when ordering on the web. So, to best satisfy our customers we will send leather samples when it’s needed (or fabric, glass or any other materials, when possible).

In any other cases, we only ask for the reimbursement of the shipping cost of the samples by express courier.
If you place your order after having paid for the samples shipping cost, we will repay the shipping cost that you anticipated. We will deduce it from the total amount of your order.

Placing an order in our store is very simple: you just have to sign in or log in, then choose the items you want to buy, add them to the cart and follow the instructions until payment through credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

It is not possible to pay through bank checks or cash and delivery.

Except for rare cases, we have no goods ready in stock. Each item is created especially for you as from your order. It is the only way to allow you to customize your articles to the fullest extent and to really get what you want. But it will be necessary to wait until the end of production to receive your items. Manufacturing time is indicated for each item. Add to this production time the delivery time (2 to 5 working days).

We care about the security of our customers. Remote purchases can reveal bitter surprises when you do not deal with serious and competent professionals.

In addition, we ensure our delivery against the eventuality of loss or damage: you just have to inform us immediately to get a free replacement.

Credit card owners are 100% protected while e-shopping. In case of problems, your bank or PayPal are your best defenders. You will never get bad surprises from us, just know that if you order an object that isn’t delivered as promised, simply report it to your bank or PayPal to obtain the immediate refund of the amount paid in advance without any formalities.
Of course, you should never provide your credit card information but if you really have full confidence! When you decide to pay online on our website, your data is managed by Banca Sella (through Axerve service) or by PayPal and are not accessible to anyone else, not even us!
