Description

Quantica is inspired by the concept of “quantum entanglement”, representing in its form the interrelation of all cosmic elements. The light dialogues with the shape, giving life to a dense and lush sculpture for residential and receptive spaces.

This magnificent round gold suspension signed by Adriano Rachele is entirely handmade in Italy.

It consists of a diffuser in unbreakable, opalescent, curved, hand-assembled and bordered Opalflex® plates.
Opalflex® is a technopolymer material. The golden texture is obtained by a sheet applied on Opalflex®.

Thanks to a cold cutting system, joints and folds made by hand, the flat plates of technopolymer transform to give a three-dimensional result.

Technopolymers have many characteristics: they are resistant and childproof, they are light, they do not require glue or screws, but only inserts made by hand, and they are resistant to UV rays and heat without being altered by external elements. What makes them even more special is their ability to be completely recyclable, thus contributing to environmental sustainability.

The suspension is treated with an antistatic treatment to prevent dust. For a more accurate occasional cleaning, each diffuser is equipped with an ingenious magnetic device that allows it to be detached very easily so that it can be cleaned in the simplest way. All you have to do is dust it or slide it under water and replace it when it is dry.

The Quantica round gold suspension is available in 2 sizes:

  • 74 x 74 x h. 43 cm
  • 122 x 122 x h 68 cm

The 74 cm suspension is equipped with 2 E27 type lamp holders for 12 W LED bulbs each, not supplied.
The 122 cm suspension is equipped with 8 E27 type lamp holders for 12 W LED bulbs each, not supplied.
