Standard shipment is intended with only 1 operator at street level.
Floor delivery, porter service with two or more porters, assembly and installation service, packaging materials disposal, delivery in areas inaccessible by long vehicles (over 12 meters) where we are obliged to send small vehicles, delivery in restricted traffic areas or areas subject to authorization (as some historic old towns), delivery in historic buildings where elevators, stairs, or hallways does not allow easy access to large objects, each of these options is available after feasibility checking and customer’s agreement of the cost based on a quote.

• floor delivery without an elevator
• porterage with 2 people: if the items are very bulky and heavy, 2 people are needed to bring items. If nobody can do it by your side, we can send 2 or more people
• furniture assembly and installation

• delivery in difficult areas, where a 12 meters long truck cannot travel
• delivery in restricted areas or areas subject to special authorization

We will check the feasibility of each feature and produce a quotation with terms and costs.

Except for rare cases, we have no goods ready in stock. Each item is created especially for you as from your order. It is the only way to allow you to customize your articles to the fullest extent and to really get what you want. But it will be necessary to wait until the end of production to receive your items. Manufacturing time is indicated for each item. Add to this production time the delivery time (2 to 5 working days).

The items that you can buy from Italy Dream Design are top quality.

Many of them are extremely delicate (glass top and base for some tables, marble bases, fine leather covering, etc.) and many articles are bulky.
No problem, we have thought of everything: our shipment service is of high quality also.

We employ a professional shipping agent, the industry leader, specializing in delicate and bulky furniture management.
Your articles are in expert hands from the time of withdrawal until the time of delivery:

• transfers between different vehicles and warehouses are minimized
• our shipments are all-risk insured: in case of damage, we replace the goods free of charge
• we offer different levels of service, according to your needs

Please check packaging conditions during shipment together with the carrier.
If possible, check also the items together with the carrier.
If you notice that articles are damaged when the carrier is still there, tell the carrier immediately about it. If you can not open the packaging in the presence of the carrier, and you have any doubts, write it down on the delivery note during signature.
If you find any damages, let us know immediately.

In case of a problem, we will take care of it, and we will proceed with a free repair or replacement.
