The interlacement, born from leather strips sewn according to the Tuscan artisan traditions, has a strong visual impact and offers a distinct comfort feeling, both by admiring and by touching it.

Sitting appears to be suspended in mid-air and offers a nice lightness of style. Giarcarlo Vegni, class 1949, studied at Cascina's art school. From 1968 to 1975 he worked for Ferretti cucine. Vegnidesign is the beginning of his professional career, a carrer full of important collaborations, awards, achievements. With Misura collection by Effeti cucine, Giancarlo signs the first round function block in the kitchen history (1988); the oven called “Duetto” made by Officine Star participates in the selections for the Compasso d’oro (1991). Now Vegnidesign is a professional team, his works range every field of design, characterized by a neat line and geometric modular forms, the predilection for round shapes, and an exquisit style made in italy appreciated worldwide. A good product is the summary of many convergences. During the planning phase all the major key factors of a company are examined and accomodated with the market requirements taking into account details and trends.
