This gorgeous dining table was designed by Giancarlo Vegni.
Two steel cylindrical columns fully coated with full-grain leather make up its feet. The stylish visible hand-made stitchings contrast with the leather color covering the columns and form spirals that decorate the table, making it luxurious.
Used leather is full-grain aniline.
Leather comes from selected farms, vegetable tanning is carried out without the use of pentachlorophenol. The hide leather is only from the “shoulder” of the animal, the most valuable part of it.

The round bases are made of stainless steel.
The oval plan is made of bevelled glass 12 mm thick.
The plan is available in clear or smoked glass. Its dimensions are cm. 240 x 100.
Table’s height is 74 cm. Weight is 160 kg.
Sophisticated and elegant, with its soft lines, it’s able to receive at least 10 guests.

Giarcarlo Vegni, class 1949, studied at Cascina's art school. From 1968 to 1975 he worked for Ferretti cucine. Vegnidesign is the beginning of his professional career, a carrer full of important collaborations, awards, achievements. With Misura collection by Effeti cucine, Giancarlo signs the first round function block in the kitchen history (1988); the oven called “Duetto” made by Officine Star participates in the selections for the Compasso d’oro (1991).
Now Vegnidesign is a professional team, his works range every field of design, characterized by a neat line and geometric modular forms, the predilection for round shapes, and an exquisit style made in italy appreciated worldwide.
