Ola Black and White is a directional desk, characterized by a strong and distinct personality.
Ola desks line boasted several prestigious honours: among them, after the Good Design Award in Chicago, won in 2009 in the “furniture” category.
The “Ola” office collection, a magnificent example of the made in Italy, also won the desired Red Dot Design Award, the greatest and most popular global competition in the design field, and the PRAGOINTERIER NEW DESIGN in Praga in 2010.
Ola desk has been awarded because it summarizes in a single product innovation, design quality, simplicity, functionality and precise contrasts in its form and materials. Its wonderful design is by Mario Mazzer.

The shell generated from an elliptical base collects and stores the flow of energy radiated in the room with sleek, soft lines.

White lacquered glass top, thickness 12 mm.

The contrast between the elegance of the black gloss basement in Cristalplant and the purity of the white lacquered glass creates a refined and sophisticated atmosphere.

 

On request, the desk is available:

  • with the glass top in other colours
  • with black mat lacquered base instead of glossy lacquered base
  • with MDF mat lacquered top (thickness 30 mm.) in different colours, instead of glass

Mario Mazzer

Mario Mazzer was born in 1955, he got the architecture degree at the Milan Polytechnic in 1978 and the diploma in Industrial Design at the Polytechnic School of Design in 1979. He gained experience in the 70s working with masters of Italian design, as Achille Castiglioni e Marco Zanuso. In 1980 opened his studio at Conegliano Veneto, Italy where he started to develop his own personal design language. He carries out activities in various fields, from architecture to industrial design, in which he contributes to the cultural debate on design in conventions and conferences and by showing his work in events to promote products made in Italy. His works have been exposed in museums and design exibitions.
In the field of industrial design he works for the most important design companies as Acquaefuoco wellness mood, Acerbis, Almadesign, Artemide, Bonacina, Bonaldo, Busnelli, Cappellini, City Design, Clever, Fiam, Flou, I Tre, Jesse, Lucente, Magis, Manital, Martex, Meson’s, Mimo, MinottiCucine, Mistral, Permasteelisa, Poliform, Rossi di Albizzate, Gruppo Sintesi, Sangiacomo, Shadelab, Solzi Luce, Tronconi, Varaschin, Ycami, Zanotta. He is member of ADI, SIE and BEDA.
In architecture he develops projects for residential complexes, apartment buildings, trade centers, industrial sites, restructuring of historical buildings, planning of workspace, offices and showrooms.
